no interior lights car won't start

I have a 2016 subaru crosstrek and was changing the battery when i
accidentally touched the negative wire on the positive post and it made a beep
and now all the interior lights are not working, the car will not go out of park and
it won't even turn over. I have tried more than 1 battery and don't know what is
going on. somebody please.

check the mega fuses and all others , a multi meter would be helpful for checking continuity across each one .
