my infiniti m35 wont start and headlights
and tail light stay on along with the middle

sounds like low voltage. if the battery is 4 years old or older it should be replaced.

Have the battery charged and tested. As posted above if the battery is 4 years old or older consider replacing it.

Regardless of what problem a car has, always do some reasonable checking before just replacing any part. I have seen many starters, batteries, alternators, etc. replaced only to find something else was the problem. Your problem may be a bad ground cable also but CHECK!
