How many miles a year do you drive? If you drive 20k a year this car will probably not last long but if you drive 5k a year it might last a long time. Have a mechanic check it out and check the price at online pricing guides like NADA, Edmund's, Blue Book etc. I would offer less!
This is high mileage for an 006. I have 115000 on my 04 as an example. It depends on how well it has been maintained. Are there any Carfax available on it? 200000 is not abnormal for the 3.5 engine IF it is well maintained. The price seems to reflect the high mileage discount.
This is a half million mile car if there ever was one. I have owned my 2006 M35 for 10 years and it has 251,000 miles on it and is going strong. I am driving it a thousand miles this weekend to the east coast. I have only a few repairs (brain box $1200 and valve covers $600) over that 10 years. Change the oil and drive it!
