Towing a 2000 ford ranger xlt extended cab manual tran.

Asked by Christina Nov 15, 2022 at 02:54 PM about the 2000 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab SB

Question type: General

What are the do's and don'ts when it comes to a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT
manual transmission extended cab being towed with the parking brake on
and with gear in reverse? And the tour did not have keys to get in to release
the break or anything. So they used a wheel lift to lift the back tires and tow
dollies for my front tires which was turned slightly to the left when it was
parked.

Sounds like they did it by the book. So everything should be fine barring anything happening during the row.
