Wondering how long the engine lasts looking at getting a 2000 with 114000 miles

the life of an engine relies on the maintence of its components, if you take care of your vehicle, oil changes, plugs wires.. you get the idea, ive seen chevys 350 motor last a very long time you should be able to get another 150000 miles out of the engine possibly even more depends on how you treat it

My 2000 Z71 has 212,000 on it and there has been no major problems other than a new starter and an intake manifold. It has had regular service, oil and filter every 3000 miles, all other fluids replaced every 35000 miles. Every little thing has been fixed as needed. Still uses no oil between changes. Has always used 15W-40 fleet oil.
