Camshaft position sensors

Asked by Jbird39 Nov 05, 2020 at 10:54 AM about the 2004 INFINITI G35 Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Show my car who is doing the styling thing I need
as well, and was just running pretty rough to. I
replaced the passenger side camshaft sensor, and
the car did start running better, but it was still
stalling after it was warm up. So I went ahead and
buy the driver side cam shaft sensor and replace
that as well. I just put them on going to the back of
the engine. I didn’t mess with the throttlebody or
the air and take to put on the driver side sensor
And when I tried to start the car it just dies
immediately. I thought that maybe it was a
defective sensor, so I put the old one back on and
was now having the same problem, car just dies
immediately. It would at least start and run for a
while after I replaced the passenger side, but as
soon as I met with the driver side sensor and
replaced it the car would not turn over at all. What
the hell is going on? Can somebody please help
me. Thank you

I am having the same problem and I even changed out the fuel pump and the alternator and the crankshaft sensor and when I plugged in the obd reader it gave me an error code for a bulb in the cluster that needed to be replaced I have a 2003 g35 sedan
