The tail lights won't turn off when headlights and/or car is turned off.

Gene answered about a year ago

Stuck running light relay, delayed exit system malfunctioning. You might try a reset but you will need a memory saver tool hooked to the OBD 2 port ,to prevent security system from locking you out when you disconnect main power.
