Front right side clicking noise

from a standing start or rolling stop i have a clicking noise at low speeds that seems increase or decrease based on the car's speed. it goes away once the speed reaches 10 to 15 mph

I presume you have checked tyre, to make sure you not got anything stuck in any of them, like a screw or nail, etc

Clicking sound is a common problem coming from the rear axles. The rear axles need to be removed, re-lubricated with the correct grease, and torqued back in.

If you hear a clicking noise coming from the front of the car when you're turning and it goes away mostly when you're going straight, nine times out of 10 you're drive shaft..cv shaft is bad
