I would like to know the average cost to replace the left front wheel bearing on a 2004 G35X. Had it replaced three years ago and already making noise after only 41K miles.

The parts is about 80.00, 2 hours of labor at about $125.00 an hour. job should be about $350.00. I would do both sides...

Yes, most of the times its the oil cooler seal ring that leaks on that car. It's an easy fix, no more then an hour of work, should be around $125.00 or so depending on the shop, if that's the problem.

Thanks again...trying to figure out where the shop is coming up with over $ 700.00 for this repair, unless they are thinking it's something else.

Find out before you proceed with the repair, have them show you the leak.
