Need to know the location of the oil reservoir on a 1981 Ford F-100?

Think the reservoir is contaminated. Need to locate it and clean.

The oil pan is at the bottom of the engine. I don't know if you can remove it without raising the engine.

One of the valve covers has a cap which you remove to add oil. If you post a photo of the engine I can tell you exactly what to remove.
