How can we correct the driver side headrest being too far forward?

Asked by wvoigt2 Oct 20, 2016 at 09:36 PM about the 2017 Ford Escape SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The drivers side headrest pushes the head to the point of looking at the floor
board instead to out the front window to see oncoming traffic and traffic
signals.  This has to be corrected.  We unfortunately just purchased this
vehicle and find that this is very uncomfortable.
