How to stop door come permanently

My Chime when u open the door is a very annoying chime . Other than not
putting the key in or having it out it is contiously chiming . I want to
permanently fix this. The ford shop would not do it for me, so does anyone out
there know away I can permanently disable this . I would so be happy , just let
me know .....Terri

The chime sound comes from the left front radio speaker. So if you unplug the speaker the sound will stop. Hope that helps! Jim
