2017 Ford Escape SE 1.5L

Replaced the battery now it won't start am getting
Engine falt service now message. Tried to reset the
BMS but that doesn't seem to be working. It won't
even turn over.. also I made sure that the battery was
the correct one as these auto start/stop vehicle's
evidently are very temperamental about the battery.
Any suggestions or fixes?

Unfortunately your stuck with the dealer to get it flashed so the computers will come out of security mode. You needed to hookup a memory saver to the OBD 2 port, that would have prevented the current problems you are now having. The better ones use an independent source of power, mine uses a motorcycle battery and will last for days.
