Is there a vent actuator on a 2017 Ford Escape S? Dash vents barely blowing.

AC will not blow out of dash vents.  Just a little.  Air will blow on floor and
defrost vents.  Is there an actuator I can replace.  I could not find it on driver
side by gas pedal.

I am having this exact problem with my 2017 Ford Escape. Did you ever find a solution?

Doesn’t tell where the mode actuator is exactly located or which ones are the blend. Are there two others on the passenger side?

Did you ever find a solution to the air flow problem? I'm in the same boat low air flow up top and all of it coming out of the bottom. It sounds like the actuator and I think it's on the driver side but I'm not sure.
