1986 Chev C10 intermittently starts. Could this be the ignition switch

Asked by roaddog477 Sep 03, 2020 at 10:41 PM about the 1986 Chevrolet C/K 10 Silverado RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1986 Chev C10 will start several days in a row but then will not start for several
days. When it doesn't start it will turn over but does not have any fire. The coil
was replaced but still have the same problem of intermittently starting.  Could
this be the ignition switch?
