how to report a scam

is a scam ... They lied on their cars condition and the 30 days warranty is
false.On November 30, 2015, I purchased a 2001 Infinity Qx4 at Mike Quality
Auto Service, it was as is but with a 30 warranty, the same day after took the
car home I called seller, told them the car has transmission and ignition
problems, when car is cool down, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to move on Drive and
makes a loud cranking noise when started.
These problems was not noticeable at the time of purchase because they let
the engine running while doing the paperwork (for about half hour). Next day
12/01/15 I took the car back to seller to fix the problems. They checked it and
said no problems found. On Dec 5, 2015 I took the car to a repair shop,
according to the diagnosis it will cost me more than 2700 dollars to fix the
issues. On 12/08/15, I took the car back to seller again to fix transmission and
ignition. They said they know the car has transmission problem but I must pay
them to fix it despite car still under the 30 days warranty.
They refused to give me a refund or get a different car.
