Infiniti g20 stalling problem

My 2000 Infiniti G20 while driving sometime cannot go over 20 mph and then it seems to be normal.  It also hesitates to go up a hill.  I have new spark plugs, rotor, distributor cap.  Is it a sensor issue ?  If so which one?

I think your tranny is giving out. Had that problem with a Honda auto tranny(we all know how bad those came out in 08-2011)checked if all the solenoids worked but I had to trash it and get a new one and now it’s driving fine. Maybe just change out the oil and see what happened
