radiator a new water pump and heater core and also timing
chain and gears and has had a fine tune done new plugs
and wires and a coil pack the truck starts up fine and drives
good but when I put it in park it's starts to idle rough and
smoke from the tailpipe and feels like it wants to die so I
shut it off and I restarted the truck and it feels like it doesn't
want to take off but after a few seconds it will go fine

With all the work you had done, a vacuum hose could have come loose. That would cause rough idle. Smoking if all the time could be a head gasket leak.
