1998 Chevy K1500 P0420 Code

I Was Driving My K1500 When I Suddenly  A "Service Engine Soon" light
Appeared, I Scanned It And It Said It Was A "P0420" Code I Searched Up The
Code And It Could Be Anything From A Catalytic Converter To Bad Timing.
Has Anyone Else Had This Problem, If So How Have You Dealt With It?

Try and start with this which seems to a lot of times address this code. Get a bottle of Cataclean it's around $12-20 USD Run your gas tank down to about 1/4. Dump in the Cataclean and go take about a 15-20 minute drive then fill your tank and see what happens if the code should come back you will need to troubleshoot further but, this will most likely clear that up for you.

The "P0420" Code Can Also Be Related To A Misfiring, Which Is What I Think It Is.

New catalytic converters and 4 brand new o2 sensors did the trick for me
