Vehicle power drains

Asked by Leon1934 Jun 18, 2019 at 09:57 AM about the 1997 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Cheyenne Extended Cab Stepside 4WD

Every time I start my truck the battery drains to the
point that I have to jump it can anyone help me
please I have cleaned up all of the ground wires
connected to battery I really need to know if
anyone can help me figure this out my voltage
gauge inside my vehicle does not work also and
my needles are all out of whack
