No Spark

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a  97 C1500, it turns over but no spark. I've
replaced the distributor, distributor cap, ignition
coil, rotor, crankshaft sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter,
and pvc. I'm getting fuel to the top and the throttle
body is on opening. Yet, my distributor isn't getting
no fire nor the plugs. My year don't have any VATS.
So what is the problem? I'm going broke.

New spark plugs and wires? Old plugs can short out. Wires degrade resulting in an open circuit. Amie

I forgot to mention that I replaced the plugs and wires too. Again the distributor itself isn't firing.

Have you fixed the problem? If so was it a ground issue or Computer was dead? I currently habe the same issue.

Could be the sensor on the back of the computer, behind the little plate. There's 2 screws holding the plate on back.
