It's a 1997 Chevy Silverado K 1500
5.0 engine my problem is that I
replace the ignition switch I
replace the multiples turn signal
switch when I turn the key dash
lights come on they start
flickering dome lights start
flickering when I release the key
the lights stay on they do not go
off I turn my headlights on one
side is bright one side is dim one
headlight won't come on
sometimes if the car starts just as
soon as I touch something
electrical L cut off or if I let it run
for a while then it turns off on its
own don't know what else to do to
this it was supposed to be my
plow truck for this season but
right now this thing got me almost
coming to Terry so I don't know
what else to do I already checked
all the batteries alternator starter
everything is grounded you have
any ideas please help me out

I also noticed when I turn the key everything inside flickers the instrument panel the radio I hear a funny sound coming through the radio through the speakers

Do you think a ground wire from somewhere around where the starter is to the chassis could be a problem
