gas on drivers side plugs only

How can I be getting gas to the drivers side plugs but not the passenger.
Replaced fuel pressure regulator

If I understand your post, correctly, did you check fuel injectors for voltage and ground? I didn't know liter size of engine? I looked at 4.3L engine diagram. In the diagram, pink wire is voltage, goes hot with key on. Use a test light and check for voltage. In the diagram, bottom wire is ground, controlled by computer. engine cranking, you have spark at all the plugs? Any applicable trouble codes?

I have a 5.7 L engine and a good spark to all plugs and I put new spark plugs in it and the driver side you can tell is getting gas and when I pulled the passenger plugs out nothing on new plugs

I have the spyder injection system and as far as I know you only have one hot going to the plug on top of the injectors plug and I replace the fuel pressure regulator. I can see maybe one or two but not all 4 not working. No trouble codes
