Idle surging throttle Rush

So while idling my truck surges
its throttle quite vigorously. I
have cleaned my MAF sensor
and I'm about to trick my
Downstream sensors to turn
off the dash light for now but it
throttles enough to where it
gives me a little go while either
coasting say in parking lot. My
question is why and I haven't
had much luck looking it up is it
just the ratio from my sensors
that I need to fix or is it normal
like I hear other people say
