replaced fuel pump and gas tank and relay on chevy silverado 1500 still won't run

Make sure battery has a full charge, have a helper crank it while visually check for spark at the plugs. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking. Any applicable trouble codes?

The battery does have a full charge and there is spark. I do not have a gauge to check the pressure but will try to get one. I have not checked codes.

Around here some of the national brand auto stores will loan out a fuel pressure gage. You may have to put up a deposit, but, you get it back when you return gage.
