Yes it will fit, no it is not the same motor nor will it hook up to your harness and ecu

You would need your heads, intake and everything else up there. Also provisions for your crank sensor as I don't think the 95 has one. It might just have a look. And even if you do this your compression ratio will be high and will have to run premium fuel in order to keep pinging down. In short it's not a good idea
