Sounds like you have some bad ground wires. Find and clean all the ground wires, battery to frame, frame to engine, engine to the body. Clean the throttle body, check for vacuum leaks. Probably should pull out the Air Idle Control Valve and clean the port and the AIC valve. It is easiest to clean everything with the throttle body off the engine. Then you can check the base gasket to see if it is good or not. Should also change out the fuel filter.

Thanks, ill check the grounds. Everything else are new. Just put this engine in. Have about 120 miles on it. Once again thank you.
