lotsa things....how's the gas mileage...suspect your Catalytic Converter is clogged...right out of the chute~ there are more things...but a lagging throttle means STUFF ain't Pushin' through just right~

Try some general maintenance things first. Check air filter and change if necessary replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.
