Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1989 chevy 350 struggling while idling. When
driving seems fine but definitely have a loss of
power. Replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, egr, pcv and
cleaned throttle body. Ive seen on here a possible
culprit could be fuel pressure regulator diaphragm?
Also could be vacuum leak? Not sure what else to
do or look for?

Throttle body was cleaned and Egr and pcv have been replaced within passed week and have drove less than 50 miles with those. Fuel pump has probably 100-150 miles, fuel filter was probably 5 months before all of this. Could egr clog that quickly? Could fuel filter be gunked up too having been that long before replacing everything else?
