89 1500 5.7 tbi spraying too much fuel

89 1500 w/5.7 tbi when it starts fuel is spray excessive. Changed distributor,
coil, plugs, wires, map and wires, complete tbi that came with all new parts,
injector wires, temp sensor, egr, fuel pump w/ relay. Motor was rebuilt has
less than 3k miles, has new heads and exhaust pipies. when moving
distributor to crank up will run but injectors are spraying much to the point
you can hear them. please someone help.

Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? With tbi 9--13 psi. If fuel pressure too high, the problem is usually on the return side, maybe return fuel line is clogged? I don't know if fuel lines replaced? Might be other issue, just a thought.
