Water leak after freeze

After a freeze my car a 96 infinity i30 has a
slight water leak. I didn't have any
antifreeze in radiator at all...

You probably blew out a freeze plug and lost all your coolant. Just hope you did not crack the block. What ever your do don't drive it until the problem is fixed. Next time make sure your coolant is at least 50/50 with water or more if you live in a really cold area. The anti-freeze bottle will have a chart telling you what ratio to put in.
