My 1996 Infinity I 10
starter wont tyrn engine
is there a way to start
manually

Not a safe way unless it's a manual transmission, Why won't it crank? Are you asking how to jumper the starter? If yes you need to access the starter and solenoid. Make sure the car can't move then use a short piece of wire to jumper the large battery stud onto the smaller stud marked with an "S" if you can't read the letter, the S terminal is located to the right of the large battery stud.
