There is no phone number for customer service, this part of the site is for repair questions... http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/enterFeedback.action ------ or click "Contact Us" at the bottom the this page. You cannot reach CarGurus Admins or Staff by phone, via e-mail only.
How convenient for CarGurus to be "unavailable" by phone and contact can only be made through email. That's great because you'll need written proof when you consult an attorney about the shady way they provide information to consumers. There must be some kind of law prohibiting "dealerships" to give false information or lead consumers by false advertising. I'm not interested in any "loop hole" a dealer can use to hose any and all consumers. CarGurus must have no integrity or be as dishonest as some of the dealerships they use on their sites. After being told what a great site this was - I have found it to be dishonest and after reading how far some people drive or "typos" we consumers have to deal with I'm thinking that the Better Business Bureau should hear of this travesty. I'm not only a single mother of THREE college kids, I'm also a hard working American citizen who cannot afford to be ripped off and lied to. Shame on you for not having the correct information on your sites or at least following up with these dealerships to make sure they are above board when they advertise their vehicles. However, they will just blame it on the next guy or the people THEY hired to answer the phones/emails. There is a law against this type of business procedure and I will find it. There are plenty of attorneys in my city that will love to interview the particular dealership I dealt with. Again shame on you for allowing such things to happen to good people.
