What does it mean when a message appears such as "the listing is currently being processed?"

I listed a 2017 Ford Fusion on this website. When I first listed the vehicle, the
response said "I successfully listed the vehicle. Then a few days pass and
when I went to look at my listing, it said "the listing is currently being
processed." What does this mean?

I am not entirely sure since I am new to this selling on cargurus. I have not received an email yet about someone buying it. I should have received an email. Can you provide more information? !

They are still in the process of getting you listing ready to go. Sometimes it takes a couple of days.
