Hard to say. Perhaps the hose came loose from what it was attached to. Is your check engine light on?

No check engine light. When I try to start car it’s says I have zero miles to empty. I put gas and it comes right out from here.
Does that lead back to the EVAP canister? That may be the atmospheric vent line. If there is gas coming out of it then you may be overfilling the gas tank. Don't force more gas into the tank after a gas pump initially shuts off, that only causes gas to get into the EVAP canister and soak the charcoal filter.
Can you take another shot which shows the approximate area of the engine bay we are looking at?
In the second pic it shows a cable or hose tied to the fatter hose with a nylon strap. It looks about the same size as the end you have said was leaking gas. Could this be where it is supposed to attach? Also, KenF may be right if it is the hose end that leads to the EVAP canister. That runs to the gas tank fill port and will dump gas if it is overfilled.

Could this be the fuel vent hose? This hose leads up to were you put fuel.
The fuel filler neck has a vent line that runs along side it and plugs into the tank right next to the filler neck. (hose clamps hold it in place.) Look up a fill neck for your year/make/model and see what they look like, and compare it to what you see on your vehicle. If the gas is pouring out of that instantly when you fill up then that may well be what it is.
Did you get this figured out? Having same problem
