transmission problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I start it it starts n runs fine , shifting
through all the gears easily. But when I
begin driving I can hear the tranny spinning
at high rpms n see it at 3000rpms but the
Rodeo is barely moving. Around 20mph it
reves and doesnt want to move anymore. I
let off the gas n it grabs again and drive
again at high rpms and barely moving.
