Car advertised and not available

I went to purchased  an Acura RDX at Car Genius in West Warwick RI and
when I arrived to the dealer they said the car was at the body shop .  I called a
few times and the car still at the body shop . Seems like the car is not available.
Sounds like is a catch to make you come to the dealer. They showed a dirty car
with scratches. The car that car Gurus is advertising is not available .
