You need to settle this with the selling Dealer. Or your local Office of Consumer Affairs. Cargurus doesn't sell anything. It just an advertising site. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Sorry for your disappointment! Jim

Thank you Mr. Sparrow, I really don't know about the different Consumer helps but I thank you for the information I am going to learn everything that I can and if they can't help me; maybe this situation will help someone else who falls prey to the sharks
