What recourse do I have after buying a defective car from your website ?

Read the sales contract to see if there is a warranty or if you bought it as is.

On a three year old vehicle you should have the balance of the original new car warranty. This will include powertrain and emissions unless you're out of warranty because of mileage. Bumper to bumper warranty is usually 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the original delivery date. Read your warranty booklet or Google 2017 Equinox factory warranty.
