How reliable is a Chevy Impala Limited 2016 prior fleet car?

I drive a 2010 Impala and just love it, has the 3.5L with 140,000 miles on it, and just had to replace front wheel bearings and take care of a emissions leak. I did it myself, easy to work on. I have no issues with the Impala and just love the newer and new body styles. I think there real nice cars.
Thanks Roewfast. Did you buy new or used? I opened the hood and see silver tape on some of the hoses. Not sure if this is due to leaks or from the factory.
I bought it used. Had a good service record. Not sure what the tape would be for unless it is by an exhaust manifold to deflect heat, or to deflect wear on the part. I'd have to see. I really don't see a lot of Impala question here on this sight, but from what I do read problems are from neglect, or minor regular maintenance.
What's your take on CPO? The Chevy Impala Limited are fleet cars. Can I safely assume they are well maintained? Possibly accident records don't show up in the car fax?
Just noticed I misspelled Rowefast. Sorry about that :)
Oh, must have ben a little tired last night, Js08016 hit the nail on the head when it come to a vehicle from a fleet. I figured you were looking at one from a car dealer.
