Left wheel locks up

I have a 2016 impala ltz limited fleet and my
wife is the main user she said that she
would here the tire rub on turns sometimes,
but vehicle is stock. So I drove it to work a
few days and found the sound she heard
was not tire rubbing but the wheel locking
up for a split second and the tracktion
control light would turn on fer that split
second. I also have had to put almost 2
quarts of tranny fluid since I've had vehicle
at 11,000 miles now has 26,000. Dealer had
no answer for oil displacement only said
updated tranny software. As for other lock
up issue they have not come up with an
answer for me.
