Front axis problem

Hi my name is Isaiah. When turning and pulling out  
my front wheel or brakes be scrubbing or jerkin
against something. What is the problem?

First make sure the wheels are on tight,Then remove them checking brakes,rotors and calipers also check front drive axles and suspension.
