Why does oil light come on

Asked by cake Feb 15, 2020 at 11:06 AM about the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.4L FWD

I change the oil about month ago and on my
drive this morning I put gas in and after I
started the car up the oil light kept going on
and off. Not sure why this would happen

Check oil level. If it's low, u might have a leak or burning it. If level is ok, check the oil sending unit/switch or wiring
