Car feels like it's slipping

Why does my 2017 Chevy sonic feel like it's
slipping when I mash on the break or when I mash
on the gas I'm talking about the transmission I feel
like it's slipping like the tranny is slipping and I'm
just wanting to know why is that and I have no
warning lights none of the warning low cell came
up lights have came on
