Asked by Will Apr 09, 2020 at 04:43 PM about the 2000 Ford Taurus SES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How can I get my transmission to
shift properly, I took the battery out
and back in, put new fluid in and
checked filter, my check engine light
is still on and gauge won't move, and
Idk if it's my sensor or torque
converter.

if the check engine light is on, you have atl least one trouble code stored. Get the code read and then you'll know what's wrong.
