2017 Silverado will not start or jump off

We have a 2017 Silverado - Had to jump off Sat morning - ran it 1/2 day without
cutting off then when we cut it off would not start and unable to jump off. Had
towed to Mechanic and they are even having trouble determining what the
problem is. Will have to be towed to the dealership .  Any thoughts???

Update : The problem was a sensor fuse blown when trying to crank. Mechanic was able to ID. !!!
