ticking/knocking noise

Hi, i have an isuzu trooper 2000, with 73k miles,I have a ticking/knocking noise which i hear iat about 2500-4000
rpm, can hear it in neutral when pressing gas pedal. One mechanic told me lower engine noise, someone told me
possibly loose pedastall in rocker assembly arm. Here is a video, any ideas, thanks.

Is that something that can be fixed or is it such tat the engine has to be removed and rebuilt, thanks for your reply.
you can unbolt valve covers and run it and see what's happening ,some oil will splash a little though .run heaver oil weight to fill this gap for now if a rod bearing!. Needs a cushion of oil, or will hammer crank out of round

pull off the oil filter and see if it's buggered up, and chokey~ replace-
