Yes I have a 2000 Isuzu  trooper  and I have
changed  the transmission  filter  and fluid  
and it still has a problem  when I put it down
in to drive it is like the brake is on but I can
pull it down in to low and it will shift fine but
when I stop and leave  it in drive it does it
again  so I don't know  if the transmission  is
bad or is it something else  thank you

It's your 1st to second shift solenoid. When the solenoid isn't working the transmission starts off in second gear instead of first when starting from a dead stop. If you want to look for the part look up the 1st to second solenoid for a GM 4L30E transmission.
