Every vehicle made since 2014 has a "black box", aka Event Data Recorder, it records 20 seconds of info prior to an accident. You will need the dealership's "Crash Data Retrieval" system to recover it, or hire a specialist company to pull the data. They will need physical access to the vehicle.
