Truck will not do anything

We jumped another vehicle off with my truck
and the jumper cables on my truck sparked
and caught on fire and my truck shut down
and will not do anything except the driver side
headlight and dome lights come on

It's very possible something got shorted when that happened. First thing I'd do is remove the battery and test it to make sure that's not what is damaged or use a known good battery to test with. Leave it disconnected from power for a good bit to let it discharge to clear memory and then try it with the known good battery. If that doesn't work something in your pcm probably got shorted.

Also would be a solid idea to check the wiring near the battery to make sure it's not damaged and that posts still make a good connection. Also check your ground wire connection.

You may have fried the fusable link, located along a battery cable or alternator cable. If you feel a spot along one of your cables that is swollen and/or brittle that could be the link. They're designed to blow in case you do what you did, short the battery.
